How long does it normally take for items to arrive after placing an order?
In most cases in stock items will arrive in about 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

What is your return policy?
Most products may be returned within 30 days after receiving them in the mail if you are not satisfied or there is a problem with the product. Please contact us prior to returning any products. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Consumable, herbs and extracts may not be returned.

How is tetrahydroharmine extracted?
Our extraction procedure is a trade secret. Our tetrahydroharmine is derived from plant sources naturally high in harmala alkaloids. As source plants we primarily use strains of Peganum harmala and Banisteriopsis caapi. With our new unique extraction procedure we’re able to obtain far more tetrahydroharmine than the competition. Our extraction procedure is environmentally friendly and food grade. All solids used in the processing of tetrahydroharmine are edible. With our new improved extraction procedure, the only solvent used is pure drinking water. This assures a high quality environmentally friendly product. The small amount of impurities remaining include some of the original plant material (plant oils, fats, sugars, fibers, etc) as well as traces of edible solids used in the processing.

How are harmine and harmaline extracted?
Our extraction procedure is a trade secret. However the extraction procedure is 100% food grade. The only solvent used is purified drinking water. All solids used in the extraction procedure are 100% food grade and non-toxic.

Do you use only USPS for shipping?
Yes. All orders are shipped via USPS. We use either Priority Mail or First Class mail. Shipping by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class takes 1-3 days to most parts of the US.

Will I be able to print 3D photos from the Nishika N9000?
Yes. With every product we ship we include updated information on where to process 3D photos shot with the Nishika N9000 35 mm Quadrascopic 3D Lenticular Camera.

Does the Nishika N9000 take special film?
No. But special photo processing is needed to view the pictures in 3D.

Leaving buyer feedback
The buyer feedback you leave is permanent. We do our best to satisfy our customers. If you have a complaint, please contact us prior to leaving negative feedback. We can remedy the situation in almost every case. Once you leave feedback it cannot be removed. We’ve had a few customers who left negative feedback before contacting us, and after contacting us their situation was taken care of to their satisfaction and then when they tried to remove their negative feedback they found they could not.

Is my contact information kept private?
Yes. We believe customer privacy is a very important matter. We do not share this information; it is used only for processing orders and any paper copies are shredded before being thrown out.

Do you accept cash payment?
Yes we accept cash. Please checkout using our on-line system. At checkout time select "ALTERNATIVE CHECKOUT" and NOT "Google Checkout". Next type in your shipping address, email address, and contact phone number. Make sure the email address is correct. We will send the tracking information to the shipping address provided. Next select "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". On the next screen select your payment method as "Money Order", "Cashier's Check", or "Personal Check", but do NOT select "Google Checkout". Next select "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". Next you'll see the order summary page. Print out this page if possible. Next, select "PLACE ORDER". The next page will show the order number. You will be sent an email copy of the order that also contains the order number. Please print this email out if possible and send along with the payment. Please send the exact cash payment along with the order number to the address given in the email (also found on the last page of the checkout process). WE ACCEPT DOLLAR BILLS ONLY. DO NOT SEND COINS. You can round the amount down to the nearest dollar. Make sure you conceal your cash well when mailing cash to avoid theft in transit.

Can I order an item marked as OUT OF STOCK?
Yes. If an item is no longer available it will not be listed on our site. Items marked as OUT OF STOCK that appear on our site can be back ordered. As soon as the item is back in stock all back ordered items are treated with high priority and shipped to the customer as soon as possible.

Is your shipping discrete?
Yes, all our packages are shipped in plain boxes or envelopes. Our return address contains our company name as simply "F V".
