No, we do not accept returns on these items. For all herbs and extracts all sales are final. The reason we don't accept returns is because we cannot resale returned herbs or extracts to other customers, so we simply discard them and lose money in the process. In some cases we may offer a refund or a replacement if we feel it's necessary.

For orders within the USA in most cases in stock items will arrive in about 3-5 business days after the order is placed. During the holidays it can take up to 3 weeks for an item to arrive. International orders can take from 1-4 weeks to arrive. Please be aware that we occasionally have a large number of orders within the same time frame, and this can cause additional delays in shipping a product out.

Most products may be returned within 30 days after receiving them in the mail if you are not satisfied or there is a problem with the product. Please contact us prior to returning any products. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Consumables, herbs and extracts may not be returned.

Our extraction procedure is a trade secret. Our tetrahydroharmine is derived from plant sources naturally high in harmala alkaloids. As source plants we primarily use strains of Peganum harmala and Banisteriopsis caapi. With our new unique extraction procedure we’re able to obtain far more tetrahydroharmine than the competition. Our extraction procedure is environmentally friendly and food grade. All solids used in the processing of tetrahydroharmine are edible. With our new improved extraction procedure, the only solvent used is pure drinking water. This assures a high quality environmentally friendly product. The small amount of impurities remaining include some of the original plant material (harmine, harmaline, plant oils, fats, sugars, fibers, etc) as well as traces of edible solids used in the processing.

Yes. All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer Priority Mail, First Class mail, and Parcel Post as options. Shipping by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class takes 1-3 days to most parts of the US. Shipping by USPS Parcel Post takes 2-9 days to most parts of the US. For international orders we offer USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International as options.

No. But special photo processing is needed to view the pictures in 3D.

The buyer feedback you leave is permanent. We do our best to satisfy our customers. If you have a complaint, please contact us prior to leaving negative feedback. We can remedy the situation in almost every case. Once you leave feedback it cannot be removed. We’ve had a few customers who left negative feedback before contacting us, and after contacting us their situation was taken care of to their satisfaction and then when they tried to remove their negative feedback they found they could not.

If customs fees are required, then yes. We follow all international shipping laws. Our customs forms on each international package we ship gives the correct dollar value for each item contained.

We guarantee that our essential oils are 100% pure. We guarantee that our other extracts use 100% food grade materials in there extraction process. However, we cannot guarantee the exact purity of compounds like harmine, harmaline and tetrahydroharmine because they naturally degrade over time. Of all the plant extracts we sell, harmine is perhaps the most stable, and will be close to 95% purity at the time of sale, more often 98% purity, but we advertise 95% as a fairly accurate estimate. Our harmine’s main impurity is harmaline, which oxidizes into harmine over time. So as the extract oxidizes over time its purity tends to go up. The purity of harmaline drops as it ages for the very same reason: it oxidizes into harmine. Tetrahydroharmine also oxidizes into harmine over time. For this reason it’s completely impossible to guarantee their purity without storing them in an inert gas at near freezing temperatures. All the purity quotes on our product pages for these plant extracts are our best estimates based on spot testing at the time of manufacture. Their purity does vary from batch to batch. They are sometimes higher, sometimes a little lower. Heat, humidity, storage conditions, handling conditions, shipping conditions, customer storage conditions can all affect their purity. A very old sample of harmaline that was once 99% pure can degrade into harmine completely over time by means of oxidization. Even many vitamins degrade over time. Vitamin C is notorious for this. If you need 99.99% purity that is guaranteed analytical grade tetrahydroharmine, harmine or harmaline there are some manufacturers that offer these at a substantially higher price.

Yes, please contact us before the orders ship and we will ship the orders together and process a refund for the reduced shipping fee if this is possible. In some cases combined shipping might not actually save any money, and might cost you more. For example, if two orders can ship separately by USPS First Class, but combined are heavier than 13 ounces, then they must ship by USPS Priority Mail instead which is often a higher shipping fee. So you need to contact us and let us know if you want combined shipped even if the price is higher, or you simply want the cheapest shipping option available, which isn't always combined shipping.

No, analytical grade compounds are extremely pure, usually 99.99% or more, and often very expensive to manufacture. Our tetrahydroharmine, harmine, and harmaline are approximately 90-95% pure. To obtain analytical grade, far more steps are needed and this will raise the price dramatically.
